Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions:

« All visitors by being present within the space of the occupant (subject to subsection (3)) implicitly agree to and accept the risks associated with being situated within the premises (subject to subsection (5) of section (2)). Visitors to the space must take notice that the occupier of this premises given the nature character and activities of these premises hereby (subject to subsection (2) of section (2)) is subject to a „common duty of care“ that is under ongoing reinterpretation by the occupant. Due to restrictions of time and length, the occupant cannot hereby specify the means of reinterpretation, but is committed to acquiring the implicit trust of each visitor. Any visitors not explicitly invited into the premises by the occupant is categorically excluded from any duty of care under section 2 subsection 6.[…] »

« […] An occupier of premises owes the same duty, the “common duty of care”, to all his visitors, except in so far as he is free to and does extend, restrict, modify or exclude his duty to any visitor or visitors by agreement or otherwise. The „common duty of care“ enacted by the occupant of premises should be in accordance with the occupant‘s own interpretation of sufficient care, and is subject to ongoing reinterpretation. Any reinterpretation of the „common duty of care“ will retroactively invalidate previous interpretations both before and after the visitor‘s presence within the premises.
