"All visitors by being present within the space of the occupant (subject to subsection (3)) implicitly agree to and accept the risks associated with being situated within the premises (subject to subsection (5) of section (2)). Visitors to the space must take notice that the occupier of this premises given the nature character and activities of these premises hereby (subject to subsection (2) of section (2)) is subject to a "common duty of care" that is under ongoing reinterpretation by the occupant. [ Due to restrictions of time and length, the occupant cannot hereby specify the means of reinterpretation, but is committed to acquiring the implicit trust of each visitor.] "

Visitors who have, or have not, been invited into the space are not guaranteed tangible safety. Each guest acknowledges that they will not rely on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on behalf of the occupant for the security of their visit. Nevertheless, the occupant is committed to the 100% satisfaction of each visitor and endorses belief in order to diminish the discomfort of the visitor’s uncertainty. The minimization and disposal of the visitor’s persistent doubt is highly recommended for the limited length of their stay.]"
